Watch your knees …

If you play tennis or dance, you’re 8 times more likely to injure your knees as compared to your male partner. The knees’ anterior cruciate ligament is the weak link - and when it tears, it can mean being out of action for a year. You can’t exactly prevent the injury, but knowing when you’re most vulnerable will help. Research says that the ligament is weakest during the first half of the menstrual cycle. So strengthen your knees with lunges – the leg muscles will take the stress off those ligaments.

RONALDINHO

Ronaldo de Assís Moreira (born 21 March 1980 in Porto Alegre) is a Brazilian footballer, also known as Ronaldinho Gaúcho (due to him being from the Rio Grande do Sul state of Brazil), or simply and most commonly Ronaldinho. He became a naturalized Spanish citizen in January 2007.[1]
Ronaldinho (IPA - [χonawˈdʒĩɲu]), meaning "little Ronaldo", is better know in Brazil by the nickname Ronaldinho Gaúcho, in order to distinguish him from Ronaldo who was already called Ronaldinho in Brazil. Ronaldo moved first to Europe and started using his real name. When Ronaldinho also moved to Europe, he started using the nickname Ronaldinho (without Gaúcho). In Brazil, he is still called Ronaldinho Gaúcho, since Ronaldo still sometimes gets called Ronaldinho.
Among his many achievements and accolades, Ronaldinho has been awarded the FIFA World Player of the Year award twice (2004, 2005), as well as the European Footballer of the Year award and the FIFPro World Player of the Year award twice (2005, 2006).[2] He has downplayed suggestions that he is the best footballer in the world, telling FourFourTwo magazine, "I don't even feel I'm the best at Barça." [3]
Currently, he plays for FC Barcelona as forward. His contract with FC Barcelona expire in 2010 and his buyout clause is €125M.[4]

A Camera Right Out Of Dickens

If you really want to go retro, you might as well go all the way--not just to the funkadelic '70s. That's apparently was the thinking behind the "Kodak 1881" digital camera, which is reminiscent of a Victorian-era heirloom locket. "Inspired by the emotional connection and careful framing of locket photos, 1881 strives to create a more precious medium through which to share your memories, whether at home or on the street," designer Lindsey Pickett says.

Specs and other details are scant, but GeekSugar says the locket-cam can be opened to reveal an LCD screen. We just hope that the photos don't all come out in sepia tones.

SPY SUNGLASSES

As spy gadgetry is concerned, this one isn't exactly 007 smooth. It's quite the opposite, actually, in that talk-into-my-carnation kind of way.

Although this product is presumably meant for covert activities--it's being sold on Spycatcher, after all--these "Spy Sunglasses" are basically a pair of shades with a camera stuck on the side, about as camouflaged as a snowman in a coal mine. It would go perfectly with the Discovery wrist cam in the Department of Glaringly Obvious.
Besides, now that we can sneak a video feed with a pinhole camera built into a tie, who would need anything else? But if you do end up getting the camera glasses, you might also want to consider another gadget for the inevitable lulls in espionage: You can always pop a "Teleglass" onto the other lens and watch a movie.
